MY YOGA CLASSES AREN’T ABOUT GETTING FLEXIBLE AND STRONG BUT HELPING YOU FEEL GROUNDED AND CONNECTED WITH YOUR BODY AND MIND.
 
In this beginner’s and All level class, you will learn all you need to start your Mindfulness yoga journey. I will teach you from basic yoga poses and flows, with modifications for ALL bodies, how to start your meditation routine, and how to work with your breath to release stress and anxiety.

This was the start of my journey back to myself, retaking the power of finding peace within no matter the external circumstances.

Hi there, I’m Vena. I was born in Manado but have spent most of my life travel to more than 20 provinces in Indonesia and living in West Papua and East Java. Today, I call Bali my home.

I have always felt drawn to Yoga – to the flowing movements and peaceful look on practitioners’ faces. I lived a very busy life, however, and truthfully did not dedicate enough time to my physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. There were always too many items on the “to-do” list, and yoga was never one of them.

That is, until a few years ago when I was working as Business Developer. I woke up one morning and realized that I had lost my entire sense of self. I dedicated too much of myself to my relationship problem, to childhood trauma, to work, to the image of a women that society had pushed me into, that I lost who I truly was. So, I set out to find her and reclaim her.

THIS WAS THE START OF MY JOURNEY BACK TO MYSELF.

Yoga baru banget buat gue. Gue jadi kenal berbagai pose di kelas. Pose yang gue dapat dari Vena kayak Mountain Pose, Downward Facing Dog ,sun salutation flow di pagi hari secara rutin. Perbedaannya sangat jauh secara Fisik dan Psikis, contohnya dulunya gue sering ngerasa tegang di daerah Spine dan leher sekarang udah gak lagi. Dengan melakukan gerakan gerakan yoga dan tentunya dengan pernafasan yang benar.Ternyata dari yoga yang gue dapat dari Vena gue jadi tau kalau yoga bukan sekedar gerakan tapi lebih gimana kita juga bisa bersyukur dan berterimakasih kepada tubuh kita sendiri. Yang paling "The best" dari semua sih Menurut gue "Shavasana Adjustment" yang bikin tenang dan bawaanya mau langsung tidur.

Yoga is part of my healing journing for this year. I started to learn yoga since on my senior highschool, but I keep practicing it sustainly on 2022. I only knew that yoga is part of meditation, and I am really into those spirituality to find my own inner peace. Until then I know Ka Vena and contact her because I told myself I want to learn more while I am staying in Bali for a while. And turns out she’s really helpful, not only as a trainer but as a friend. She listen to me, she supports me and always said “I need to be more appreciative to my own body”. Ka Vena is a great mentor for me, because she’s not only teach me to fix my yoga pose, but she let me to listen to my own body and appreciate it, and she trained me to be focus on my mind. I have no regret to choose Ka Vena to be part of my training on Yoga journey in Bali. We really do have a great time. 🤍

I started to dive into the connection between mind, body and soul to releasee all the suffering that was piled up and hard to get rid of, I was having a hard time identifying my feelings, until I reached out Vena, to guide me within 1 month. Session after session, the journey with her was beyond my expectations. I went through inner peace and I managed to reactivate all my senses.
